Lena Visser was born in 1988, she is a freelance dancer from Cologne.
She received a Bachelors degree in Dance performance at Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Tilburg, The Netherlands in 2012. Ever since she is performing across a wide range of dance contexts, from commercial show business to independent dance theatre collectives, as well as with filmmakers, the opera, and a classical music ensemble. In 2015 she started her own workshop series in dance improvisation. Since 2020 she is part of the Berlin based performance collective SMEK. Since 2021 she teaches at TAK ( Theater Akademie Köln).
